Furthermore, luxury second homebuyers utilize our investment information. Investment information also becomes very important to our European offices that supply the information to buyers from the United Kingdom and France. With the current strength of the British Pound and Euro against the US dollar, there are many investors looking to buy prime real estate in the United States.

- Staging and curb appeal for the property is made to appeal to a maximum number of buyers and for the editorial ‘television’ show, Westside LA Television.
- An editorial ‘television’ show, Westside LA Television, featuring the property is produced and made available on www.westsidela.tv and www.hmestates.com. The community amenities including fine dining, shops, and other recreational aspects are presented too. The buyer will have a feel for the neighborhood and street scene before ever making the trek the property.
- Marketing materials are available to be printed in pdf format on the H&M Estates website. Marketing materials are distributed to other broker offices and meetings.
- Marketing materials of our current listings are added to H&M Estates media kits and distributed to organizations and events that reach target-market buyers.
