- Buyers are given cities and neighborhood information with regards to real estate market trends, amenities, rates of appreciation, schools and other relevant areas of interest for the buyer.
- Our Buyer Referral System is extraordinarily unique. We are a boutique agency that is not affiliated with any other brokerage in the world. H&M Estates is not expected to refer a client to another affiliated office such as a Coldwell Banker agent would refer a client to another Coldwell Banker agent. When we refer a buyer to a real estate agent, we interview the top agents in a particular locale. From that list, we consider the buyer’s requirements and choose the best agent for their project. We get the buyer on that agent’s “A List” and keep in touch with the buyer and agent throughout the project to ensure quality.
- H&M Estates has special seminars and participates in trade shows for high-end buyer clients such as, “Strategies for Successfully Investing in a Second Home”.
